BreederHQ is breeding-program management software for dogs, cats, horses, goats, sheep, cattle, alpacas, llamas, and rabbits.

## Access Is Currently Invitation Only

BreederHQ is not open for self-serve signup. Access is granted to a limited number of founding members, onboarded one at a time.

There is no public price list and no way to sign yourself up. This is deliberate: every founding member receives a founder-led setup, and onboarding capacity is the constraint that limits how many breeders can start at once.

## What A Founding Member Receives

BreederHQ Launch is a complete setup, not just a software subscription. Founding members receive a founder-led setup that includes moving their existing records onto the platform and live onboarding sessions, so the platform is running properly before they are working in it alone.

## Large-Scale Operations And Breed Registries

Operations running multiple locations with staff, and breed associations or registries evaluating platform modernization, are handled as a direct conversation rather than a published price.

This track covers team management with role-based access, multi-location management, organization-wide audit trails, API access for third-party integrations, bulk operations, and studbook or member-registry implementation.

## Marketplace Listing Fees

Listing fees are separate from platform access, and are **currently free during early access**. Standard per-listing fees will begin later. They are always flat, never a percentage of a sale.

BreederHQ never takes a cut of animal transactions. Breeders handle their own transactions and keep every dollar of their deals. Buyers pay nothing to browse, message, join a waitlist, or transact.

This is a deliberate difference from extractive-broker marketplaces such as GoodDog or PuppyFind, which take a percentage of breeder revenue and in some cases charge buyers as well. BreederHQ revenue comes from breeder access and breed-club partnerships, not from a toll on every animal sale.
